My heirloom tomato gazpacho is what I call liquid gold, so delicious. Great minestrone (Italian vegetable soup) or my ribolitta (reboiled vegetable soup) are perfect foods. Made from meats, grains, beans and vegetables there are hundreds of mouth-watering soups, lentil, butternut squash, cauliflower, broccoli and cheddar, pea, beet borscht, mushroom, onion, chowders like New England and Manhattan clam just to mention a very few.
