My absolute favorite cuisine in the world with all its regional variations and delights. I don’t seem to be alone on that. There isn’t a country in the world where you can’t find restaurants that offer their own cuisine and still always find an Italian restaurant. You just can’t say that of other cuisines. You can’t find a Hungarian or Peruvian restaurant in every country but you can find an Italian restaurant in Hungary or Peru.
