Cajun Spice Mix

A blend of zesty, spicy and savory flavors, this kicks up any Cajun dish. I make a batch up in advance and store it in an empty spice jar that I save. Spicey!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon paprika - I prefer smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together until evenly combined and use or store in a spice jar for up to a year.
